What we collect
We collect the personal information you provide via our quote and contact forms: name, phone number, email address, suburb, property details and the message you send us. Our forms also include a hidden field used to catch automated spam submissions, which does not collect any personal data. Our hosting provider may also record standard server and access logs.
How it's stored
Form submissions are saved to our own database, hosted with our hosting and email provider. The website itself is hosted on Vercel.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare and send quotes, and contact you about your request. When you submit a form, a notification is emailed to Doyence Group and a confirmation is emailed to you.
Analytics & advertising
This website uses Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads, which set cookies to measure website usage and the performance of our advertising and conversions.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who host our website, database and email, and with Google for the analytics and advertising described above, all acting on our behalf. Where a job requires it, we may also share relevant details with a registered partner (for example, a three-phase Electrical Tester) to complete that work.
Retention
We keep your information only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for ordinary business record-keeping.
