What the call-out fee covers
The call-out fee covers the visit, fault finding to diagnose the problem, and the first hour of labour on site. If we find and fix the fault within that first hour, you pay only the call-out fee plus any materials used. If the repair runs longer, you pay only for the additional time beyond the first hour, plus materials which are quoted and agreed with you before we carry on. And if you decide not to go ahead with the repair once we've diagnosed it, you pay the call-out fee only.
Call-out pricing
Normal hours pricing applies during our working hours in core Bloemfontein suburbs and includes the first hour of labour on site. We take call-outs 24/7; the after-hours rate applies outside normal working hours. Additional labour beyond the first hour, parts, out-of-area travel and difficult access are quoted separately. When we're available
